I bought this product for my niece in MN. The product did not come with the "PE" logo on the back like it says in the description; and despite the efforts of several people, the device is yet to work properly. She cannot play the music that she put on the device although it is in the specified format(s). I am very disappointed with this product so I hope amazon can remedy this problem for us.

Shipping was extremely amazing, came in perfect condition, the camera was really nice! small and easy gadget to carry on and extremely satisfying based on its price. mine just happened to come with a touch screen that was not at all that sensitive, but other than that, the battery life was long and charges extrmely fast! the speaker was amazing! i would recommend this item! & if theres any problem their customer service is extremely fast and reliable! amazed! keep up the good work!

The touch screen is better than expected. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews on Amazon, my expectation was a touch screen that works. But, when I received it, I was positively surprised by its touch screen. Responding quickly and neat animation. The device organizes songs by artists, genre, style and album automatically. This is a very nice feature. I was very glad to discover that since it was not mentioned on Amazon. I guess this is the upgraded version. Some songs were not organized correctly, But I guess that is due to the ID3 Tag information. I will try to edit it once I figure out how. The battery life is pretty good. I have tried to play a whole 3 hours movie and still have juice leftover.

Item was to be new but with over 1000 songs on it, dings on back, low battery life, and unable to download anything, it was used. Couldn't find contact for seller, but Amazon promptly took care of the problem. I appreciate their help and concern!
