This device does not support .WAV files for music. It only supports .WAV files for voice recordings and audiobooks. It does NOT support .WAV files from music CDs. had i known this I would not have purchased it.

I've had my Sansa Clip+ for a couple months now and I couldn't be happier. The sound is exceptional (better than my niece's iPod). Hard to believe such full sound comes from such a tiny player. The clip makes it as conveniently portable as it's possible to be. Obviously you can't beat the price and I don't know how you could make it easier to use. I have recommended it to family and friends without reservation. Honestly, in my opinion, there isn't a better deal for an MP3 player out there.

While this mp3 player seems nice and all, do NOT buy this. Let me SAVE you the trouble. I'm very disgusted with the way Amazon decided to leave me in the dark with with my situation. I bought this Sansa Clip 4GB MP3 (BLUE) Player 6 months ago. It no longer worked after 4 months, exchanged it for a new one. Then the new one went bad and stopped working. Requested a refund, they declined. Requested a credit for the full amount, they declined. At first, I was angry with just the manufacturer, but now I'm also angry at Amazon and their POOR customer service. I'm a loyal customer, but I guess loyalty doesn't mean anything to Amazon Managers...I'm going to start buying at my local Walmart instead of saving a couple bucks here and there online. At least at Walmart, I WILL get a refund or at LEAST be given a credit for items that come DEFECTED...

I purchased this MP3 player for my sister who wanted one that she could take to the gym as she didn't like the music they played. She absolutely loves this player and says "it's the best gift ever!" It is small and has a nice little clip so you can attach it to an outfit; it is truly "hands free". I preloaded some music on it that I thought she would like to get her started and it was very easy to do so. I like the fact that you can purchase another SanDisk memory card and have loads more music than if you were limited to internal memory. You can even get a card with more memory if you want. This is a great little player.
